Lucy McNeil presides over both our morning and afternoon extended day services. Lucy attends the University of Wisconsin-Madison, where she is working toward a double major in environmental studies and English or communication arts. She is a coxswain for the fall crew team as well. Lucy wonderfully explains why “caring” is one of our words of the week: “It is the base of a camp environment. Coming to camp means meeting new people, appreciating them for who they are, and really caring for them and making sure they are heard and having a great time.” Oh, and next time you’re in a Rubik’s Cube competition, you may just see a friendly face at the judges’ table, as Lucy loves participating as a judge!
